Darius Toraby Architects, P.C. is a full service architectural firm providing elegant and creative designs for the rich and famous.

Inspirations to create the design for this house came from researching various existing designs and putting together a package presentation to our customer.

We looked at Lord Glennconner's Villa on Mustique, as written in the article "Caribbean Folly" . Other ideas also found in Architecture Digest 1992 artile on David Bowie's Indonesian-Style Refuge built on Mustique Island in the Caribbean.

This project is more than just ideas, much more. Darius Toraby, the Chief Architect and President of our Architecture and Engineering firm, starts with an idea, and works all the details into the plan. For example, the views from each room is discussed. Rooms should be functional and have a certain sense of grandure. So, we make sure the inside structure and design is accomidating to the customer needs. Details, such as the selection of marble for the bathoom sinks and tubs become a teamwork decision. Faucet selection, window casings, doors and door knobs are all details. Not one can be overlooked.

Our firm provides architectural and engineering services. And in this project, the measurements and structural analysis for the site was required. We make sure the customer is protected from any problems.
